Multi-platinum-selling rock band Third Day has played for millions of fans around the world and sold more than 6 million albums. Influenced by the Southern rock of Lynyrd Skynyrd and artists such as U2 and Rich Mullins, the Georgia-based group has garnered 25 number 1 singles across multiple formats—along with armloads of Grammy and Dove Awards.
Their catalog of hits has helped define the Christian radio landscape for more than a decade, while Billboard magazine has noted the act is “not only one of the best Christian bands on the planet but one of the best rock bands, period.”
The group has earned the respect and admiration of musical artists in many genres, and Revelation, Third Day’s tenth and latest studio album, features collaborations with Robert Randolph, Chris Daughtry and Flyleaf’s Lacey Mosley. The band is Mac Powell (vocals, guitar, tambourine), Mark Lee (guitar, backing vocals), Tai Anderson (bass, backing vocals), David Carr (drums, percussion), and touring member Scotty Wilbanks (keyboards).
