Season of Service and Yakima Valley CityFest with Luis Palau

Central Washington businesses, civic agencies and churches have been serving their communities for years. The Season of Service is a historic partnership of these entities to serve at the same time through a season to show their neighbors an unprecedented display of love.

CityFest culminates in a free admission, outdoor festival with a Family Fun Zone, Livin It action sports area, main stage featuring top artists and a message of hope that is for everyone by Luis Palau. These free, family-friendly events have drawn more than 8 million people since 1999 in such diverse locations as Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (300,000), Nashville, Tennessee (90,000), Houston, Texas (225,000), Manchester, England (55,000), Lima, Peru (650,000) and Buenos Aires, Argentina (850,000).

Yakima Valley CityFest with Luis Palau is promoted through grassroots efforts (banners, yard signs, invitation pieces) and also through local radio, TV, and newspaper partnerships throughout Central Washington.
